About A MAGI Dance
A MAGI World Belly Dance offers classes in:
- Belly Dances: Classical Egyptian/Lebanese "Raks Sharqi" Orientale & Mid-East Folkloric Dance
- World Folkloric Dance
- Goddess Belly Dancing & Healing
- Belly Chi (R) (Chi Gong with Ancient Belly Dance Moves and Mudras)
- Drums/Percussions & ZILLS! (Finger Cymbals)
- Zumba (Melanie has current Zumba (R) License)
A MAGI Entertainment/Dance Productions, Inc., is our "home base." Many of our aspiring professional belly dancers are booked for upcoming events. We welcome all family style entertainment to audition. Melanie books dancers and specialty entertainment at theme parks. A MAGI & Melanie have performed for many celebrities & dignitaries such as Steven Spielberg, Paul Newman, Patrick Swayze, Rosie O'Donnell, Alice Cooper, Deepak Chopra and MORE!
A MAGI's director, Melanie LaJoie, is an Entertainment Producer, producing entertainment for events at theme parks, corporate, family parties (Anniversaries, Birthdays, Weddings) and is available as choreographer (credits include: Universal Studios Commercials, Ben Franklin Plumbing Commercial, "Rhythm is a Dancer" SNAP's top 40 music video & more), plus worked in Entertainment Management for Universal Studios stage managing, booking entertainment for events & productions. Melanie will assist you in making your event or party a smashing success!
